"What truly matters is the ability to create, and that is something shared by all human beings, without exception." Sandra Cabezuelo
What would happen if we stopped focusing on limitations and started focusing on talent?
In this interview for RNE, we speak with founder of Vrulé, and Itzal Arbide, CEO of Bolboreta Innova Group, about workplace inclusion, disability, and the transformative power of employment.
Vrulé was created with a clear mission: to facilitate training and employment opportunities for people with disabilities in the hospitality sector by adapting learning processes without lowering professional standards. It is a project that demonstrates that disability is entirely compatible with talent, commitment, and excellence.
Through Bolboreta Impacta, the social, cultural, and environmental action division of the company, we decided to support this initiative because it shares a belief that guides all our projects: meaningful social change happens when opportunities are real and sustainable over time.
During the conversation, we reflect on the challenges that still exist when it comes to achieving effective workplace inclusion, but also on everything society gains when it embraces diversity, trust, and human potential.
We invite you to listen to the full interview and discover why projects such as Vrulé are helping to build a fairer, more inclusive, and more human society.
