Talent knows no labels

A conversation about workplace inclusion, disability, and real opportunities

Some projects are born to meet a need. Others are born to challenge a reality we have accepted for far too long.

Vrulé belongs to the latter.

During our participation in the Spanish National Radio programme Las Tardes de RNE, we had the opportunity to speak with Sandra Cabezuelo, founder of Vrulé, about the challenges of workplace inclusion for people with disabilities and the role companies can play in building a more diverse, accessible, and equitable society. It was a conversation that reminded us of something essential: talent is far more evenly distributed than opportunity.

Workplace inclusion: a matter of opportunity

Vrulé Hospitality School was founded with a clear mission: to facilitate training and access to employment for people with disabilities through an adapted methodology that preserves professional excellence and standards.

Because inclusion does not mean lowering expectations. It means removing barriers. At a time when access to the labour market remains one of the major challenges facing this community, projects such as Vrulé demonstrate that training, guidance, and trust can become powerful drivers of change.

Disability is not incompatible with talent

One of the most powerful messages from the interview was the need to break down long-standing prejudices.

For many years, disability has been wrongly associated with professional limitations. Yet Vrulé's day-to-day experience proves exactly the opposite. Commitment, motivation, and the desire to contribute value do not depend on labels.

As we reflected during the conversation, the real obstacle often lies not in people's abilities but in the lack of confidence and opportunities that allow them to demonstrate their full potential.

More diverse companies, more human societies

Workplace inclusion benefits far more than the people who gain access to employment. It also transforms organizations and society as a whole.

Companies capable of incorporating diverse profiles build teams that are more representative, more human, and more connected to reality. At the same time, they create opportunities that improve the independence, self-esteem, and quality of life of people with disabilities and their families.

Diversity is not simply a matter of social responsibility. It is an opportunity to build stronger, more resilient, and more human organizations.

Creating opportunities that last

At Bolboreta Impacta, we seek projects capable of generating meaningful and sustainable change over time. Initiatives that go beyond good intentions and become tangible opportunities.

That is why we decided to support Vrulé from the very beginning. Because we share the same conviction: true inclusion happens when talent finds an opportunity to grow.

Continuing to support projects that transform lives

Our collaboration with Vrulé forms part of Bolboreta Impacta commitment to people, education, culture, and the creation of real opportunities for communities facing greater barriers.

If you would like to discover more social, educational, and cultural impact initiatives promoted by our team, we invite you to explore the projects that form part of our social action programme.
