Alba Omaña, new People Director at Bolboreta Innova Group

Bolboreta Innova Group the ecosystem that supports science from the initial idea through to market adoption, has appointed Alba Omaña as its new People Director. In this role, she will lead the group's people strategy and support the organization's growth through talent development, culture, and the consolidation of internal processes.

With more than nine years of experience in Human Resources, Alba Omaña has developed her career primarily within international companies undergoing periods of growth and transformation. Throughout her professional journey, she has managed areas including talent acquisition, employee relations, culture, internal communications, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. She has also played an active role in building structures and processes designed to support the sustainable growth of teams.

In her new position, Alba Omaña will be responsible for defining and developing Bolboreta Innova's People strategy, with a particular focus on attracting and developing talent, evolving the corporate culture, and creating processes and structures capable of supporting the group's long-term growth. She will also work closely with the executive team to align people management with the needs of the different business units and projects that form part of the company's ecosystem.
