Jesús Neila joins Bolboreta Innova Group as new IT Manager

Bolboreta Innova Group, the ecosystem that connects science and the market to transform knowledge into real-world solutions, has appointed Jesús Neila as its new IT Manager with the objective of strengthening the group's technological infrastructure and supporting the development of its different business areas.

Jesús Neila brings more than two decades of professional experience in the technology sector, having held positions of responsibility both within internal IT departments and specialized consulting firms. For more than ten years, he has worked as an IT Manager, building expertise focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and aligning technology with business objectives.

Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions at companies including Garaje de Ideas, Neoris, Triodos Bank, BMW Bank, Telefónica, Caser Seguros, and Grupo Lactalis Iberia. In these environments, he has managed IT budgets, coordinated suppliers, overseen service levels, ensured regulatory compliance, and led multidisciplinary teams.

In his new role at Bolboreta, he will be responsible for developing a secure and scalable technology architecture capable of supporting the group's current needs as well as future projects joining the ecosystem. His experience in cybersecurity, cloud environments, and IT governance will contribute to strengthening the company's operational capacity and internal efficiency.
