We are all capable of creating
At Bolboreta Innova, we work every day to connect knowledge with projects that improve people’s lives. Our mission naturally draws us to those who understand that talent, without a pathway, remains a seed without soil. That’s why, when we discovered Vrulé, we knew we had to join its flight.
Because Vrulé is not just a hospitality school—it is a movement that proves how training, opportunity, and trust can transform realities. Together, we champion a simple yet powerful truth: when the capacity to create meets the right support, it becomes autonomy, dignity, and a life with purpose.
Supporting this initiative is, for us, the most meaningful way to do what we do best: backing projects that turn dreams into life trajectories.
A bridge between talent and society
Even today, people with disabilities face an unfair reality: unemployment rates far above the average, a lack of adapted training, and persistent prejudice that closes doors before they can even knock.
Vrulé was born from a simple yet radical question: What if we trained people with disabilities in hospitality with the same standards, creativity, and opportunities as anyone else? The answer led naturally to the hospitality sector—a field whose diversity of roles makes it an ideal space for inclusion. All that was missing was someone to build the bridge
The Vrulé Hospitality School combines adapted professional training with a real, public‑facing restaurant–school. This is not a protected workshop or a simulated experience—it is an authentic work environment, with real expectations, where students learn by doing, make mistakes, improve, and ultimately take flight.
Beneficiaries
The students
People with borderline or mild intellectual disabilities, or physical disabilities (with upper‑limb mobility), aged 17 to 40—or older if enrolled in employment programs—with basic literacy skills and, above all, a strong desire to learn and build an independent life.
But the impact goes beyond that. Beneficiaries also include:
The Vrulé Founding Team
Four professionals with complementary backgrounds—social work, healthcare, hospitality, and engineering—united by years of volunteer work with people with disabilities. They are the heart, expertise, and daily driving force of the project.
Bolboreta Innova Group
As sponsor and patron, we contribute resources, visibility, and strategic support. We believe in Vrulé because it aligns fully with our mission: backing projects that transform lives through knowledge and opportunity.
Corporate partners
Dragon American School, MJ Kendall, Cafés Camali, Rational, Bombas Lagartos y Cohetes, Prodesco, Cerveza Capaz, and others—organizations that have already placed their trust in Vrulé to help build a more inclusive business ecosystem.
Educational centers and associations
Schools, occupational centers, residences, and organizations such as Apadis, Accede a Respiro, AMAPAD, Fundación Gil Gayarre, and Casa Santa Teresa, which refer students and actively support the initiative.
Facilitators and trainers
Professionals who guide, teach, and believe in every student beyond apparent limitations—awakening vocations and showing that careers in hospitality, and beyond, are within reach
Firmly convinced that education is the foundation of everything, we were drawn to Vrulé’s educational model—a program designed to transmit knowledge through guidance and empowerment, removing the methodological, attitudinal, and cultural barriers of traditional training.

Dual, real‑world training
Theory and practice are combined from day one. Classroom and kitchen coexist, and the public‑facing restaurant–school becomes the laboratory where learning is tested with real diners.
Barrier-free methodology
Applying Universal Design for Learning (UDL), all materials are adapted, each student’s life story is respected, and progress is assessed through self‑perception—empowering individuals from within.

Progressive learning pathways
The program begins with introductory courses of five sessions, familiarizing students with kitchen and service environments, and culminates in a real dinner open to the public. The medium‑term goal is to offer accredited vocational training—professional certificates and intermediate degrees enabling employment in any hospitality establishment.
End‑to‑end support
After completing the course, the Employment Support Service prepares students for workforce integration, identifying inclusive employers and supporting both employee and employer during the initial months to ensure lasting, meaningful inclusion.
Currently, the Hospitality School offers Basic and Intermediate Introductory Courses, each consisting of five sessions, covering food handling, basic cooking techniques, and front‑of‑house service.
In Within this environment, students work as a team—just like in a real kitchen—and, most importantly, discover they are capable of far more than they ever imagined.
In the medium term, Vrulé is developing a more ambitious and comprehensive training offer, designed to equip students with all the tools needed to thrive in the labor market:
| Education | Hours | Career Opportunities |
| Professional Certificate in Basic Kitchen Operations | 270 + 80 internships | Kitchen assistant, auxiliary cook, small-venue operations |
| Professional Certificate in Basic Room Operations | 270 + 80 internships | Waiter assistant, bar assistant, collective services support |
| Intermediate Degree in Cooking and Gastronomy | 1600 + 400 practices | Cook, head chef, storeroom assistant |
| Intermediate Degree in Restaurant Services | 1600 + 400 practices | Waiter, section head, bartender, sommelier assistant |
However, the model is designed to be geographically scalable.
The goal is to expand Vrulé across the Community of Madrid and, later, to other cities across Spain—bringing this inclusive training and employment model wherever it is needed.

Vrulé was born to be much more than a school–restaurant. It is a network of people united by a passion for authenticity and the conviction that disability is not a limitation, but a different way of seeing the world.
A movement committed to building a culture of change, amplifying dormant ideas, and proving—day after day—that determination outweighs limitation.
