The College of Nursing of Ciudad Real operated through largely analog, in‑person processes—resulting in high operational costs, increased risk of error, and heavy reliance on paper. The organization required a full digital transformation of its administrative, training, and document workflows, unified within a custom, secure platform accessible 24/7.
THE TECHNOLOGICAL CHALLENGE
The challenge was to build a mission‑critical digital platform for an institution serving thousands of registered professionals—capable of supporting the College of Nursing’s daily operations and long‑term relationship with its members. The platform needed to replace physical processes while preserving legal and documentary guarantees, and be designed to evolve over time without becoming obsolete.

SOLUTION DELIVERED
A comprehensive web platform was developed to unify the internal management of the Nursing Association of Ciudad Real, member interaction, and public communication. The solution combines a custom professional association management system with a proprietary CMS for the public website and digital magazine.
The platform manages personal data, membership fees, receipts, and automatic generation of related documentation. It also covers training, courses, and activities—handling capacity control, registrations, and automatic attendance certificates.
Official documents (membership certificates, payment reports, registrations, deregistrations) can be issued for members and third‑party institutions. The system supports differentiated access by role: administration, treasury, management, and members.
Each member has a private area to consult and update their information and generate official documents without visiting the Association’s offices. The public website and digital magazine are managed through the same custom CMS.
The platform has become the operational backbone of the Association’s daily activity, with continuous use by both staff and members.
