I am motivated by contributing to the creation of more human-centered organizations through conscious and approachable leadership—where innovation is measured not only by technology, but also by the positive impact it has on the people who make it possible.

Personal Life

Music (live, whenever possible 😊), travel, sports, family, and friends are, at their core, what keep me connected to myself and to others. A sense of humor and a touch of irony are also constant companions on my journey.
