Professional Life

I have over 8 years of experience in project management, business administration, customer service, and e-commerce. I am currently a Project Executive in the science branch of the Bolboreta Innova Group, after being the head of the management department in the same branch. Previously, I worked as a Senior Customer Support Specialist at Kryptotech Blockchain, a Junior Customer Support Specialist at Poolminers, a Customer Service Representative at Krypto Commerce, and as an Administrator and Office Manager at Credialia. I also have experience as an e-commerce specialist at Traders Control. I have a degree in Statistics from the University of Seville and a master's degree in Strategic Management and Project Management from IES Mare Nostrum. I am fully proficient in Spanish and French, I also have a basic command of English, and my native language is Arabic, and I also speak various Arabic dialects.
